Megan is an experienced educator with over 13 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney, majoring in English Literature. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively within the HSC curriculum, guiding students to achieve strong academic results in English Advanced, Extension 1, and Extension 2, while cultivating in them a deep appreciation for language, critical thinking, and sophisticated expression. 

Her teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that education should empower students to become thoughtful, articulate, and independent thinkers. She encourages students to engage critically with ideas, challenge perspectives, and approach texts with intellectual curiosity and insight. 

Megan currently teaches at Riverside Girls High School, where she is committed to creating meaningful and inspiring learning experiences that foster both academic excellence and personal confidence. Her work equips students with the analytical, communicative, and reflective skills that serve them well beyond the classroom.
