The PRINCE2® foundation course introduces one of the world’s most widely adopted project management methodologies. PRINCE2 is a globally recognised, process-based approach that provides a clear structure, defined roles, and step-by-step guidance for delivering successful projects. In this course, you’ll explore PRINCE2 project management principles, themes and processes, and learn how to apply them in real-world scenarios. Completing PRINCE2 training can support your career by building recognised project management capability.
Completion of this course will enable you to take the certification exam towards the PRINCE2® Foundation certification by PeopleCert, on behalf of AXELOS.
Aims
The aim of this course is to give you a solid understanding of the PRINCE2 project management methodology and how to apply it effectively in any project environment. It is designed to build your knowledge and confidence to participate meaningfully in PRINCE2-governed projects and prepare you for the PRINCE2 Foundation certification exam.

Prerequisites

Delivery style
This 3-day course focuses on experiential learning. A range of interactive methods will be used including:

Materials
All course materials are provided electronically using Dropbox. Trainees will get access to SCRUMstudy Learning Portal and a soft copy of the Scrum Body of Knowledge.
Examination
The exam fee is included in the course cost and participants are provided with an exam voucher code, valid for 12 months.
Participants will receive detailed instructions on how to book and access their exam after the course. Upon passing the exam, the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate will be issued by PeopleCert on behalf of AXELOS.
The exam format:
- 60 minutes
- 60 multiple-choice questions
- Closed book exam
